News Flash – Your Network Marketing Company is Not the Best

by Eartha

There is nothing wrong with believing in the company, products, and services of the network marketing company you are involved with. What can cause problems for you down the road is having the mentality that your company is the best in everything. It's easy to begin having the following types of attitude when attempting to sell product or build a network:

"Our products are the best!"

"Our compensation plan is the best!"

"Our services are the best!"

Sure, you may believe that in order to help motivate yourself and grow your business, but there is a time to face reality too. There are other network marketing companies out there that offer just as good if not better products and services as well as having very good or better compensation plans.

People who are interested in a network marketing business can do their own research. They are not going to just believe that your company's products, services, or compensation plan is top notch just because you say so.

Better Way to Promote Your Business

There are going to be tons of marketers out there who will continue to state that what they have to offer is better than everything else out there. You can continue to do it that way, or you can focus on the benefits of what you offer and how they can help those who are looking for it. Find niche areas in your business and target those groups of people.

Target marketing is about helping people find what they are looking for. There is nothing wrong with believing in what you are doing. In fact, if you don't, you probably shouldn't be running your business. However, there is competition out there and people will continue to comparison shop.

Promote the benefits and go after your target market.

Eartha,
You are totally right – not everyone is going to be interested in what your company has to offer. Target marketing is key. Question – do you do company reviews? Or do you allow guest posts? I would like to be involved in this for the company I represent. Thanks!
